DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE?

‏You may also call, text, or email us. However, it may be several hours until we can get back to you, as we do not check our phone while we are working with clients or when we are away from the studio. There is no "Receptionist" at this location. BOOKING ONLINE is the fastest and easiest way to secure an appointment. We also require a credit card to hold your appointment, and entering this information through our appointment booking software is the most secure way to protect your private information. We strongly suggest that you register your online booking account by creating a username and password so you can book, reschedule, and modify your appointments with ease.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

‏Go in to your confirmation or reminder email, there will be a link where you can modify your appointment.   If we set up your original appointment in house for you, you may need to schedule a new appointment online for the system to “sync” your old or existing appointments.  You can also log in to your account at this link, or download the Schedulicity App to manage your appointments.
If an emergency comes up on the day of, please call or text us.

I'M TRYING TO BOOK MY APPOINTMENT ONLINE, BUT IT SAYS THAT I CAN'T GET IN FOR ____ DAYS!

‏We can be booked up many days or weeks in advance, depending on the season. Call, text or email me with your appointment requests to get on our cancellation/waiting list, or keep checking back online for openings.   Please plan ahead for important events and holidays.
