Qoya is for women of all ages, body types, and levels of movement experience.
Kelly began teaching Qoya in May of 2015. Her personal Qoya journey has been fun, powerful, and healing. When Kelly began practicing Qoya, she was just looking for a way to move her body on a regular basis that she didn’t dread. She didn’t expect that she would come to rely on dancing as her favorite way to connect with the divine, find herself being supported by a community of women that always says “Yes!” to following your heart, traveling to dance in countries like Peru, Costa Rica, France, and falling in love with her body and trusting it as her greatest ally. Her intuition grew a thousand fold. Kelly believes when you regularly practice honoring your body as the sacred vessel that it is, it’s easy to choose your own magnificence with other healthy choices, like eating clean, nourishing foods and committing to your skincare rituals.
Working intimately with women as an Esthetician, Kelly has heard many women express their frustration with their bodies, even feelings of betrayal and self-loathing.
After two years of practicing Qoya with other women and witnessing this coming home to their bodies transform their lives, becoming a Qoya teacher seemed a natural expansion of Kelly's offerings as an Esthetician; besides receiving facials and having an at home skin ritual,
Qoya is the best way she knows for women to feel good in their skin, empowered, and sacred.

Drawn from the wisdom of yoga, creative expression in dance, and the pleasure found in sensual movement, Qoya helps women enjoy and revel in their feminine bodies. Classes combine benefits of fitness — including strength, flexibility, balance, and agility training — with a unique empowering approach that is feminine, expressive, and, most importantly, FUN! We unite our body and mind, honor the interconnectedness in ourselves and our world, consciously create community, give rise to our intentions, encourage our desires to dance through us — and, thereby, nourish our soul.
